Consent for Use of Copyright and Portrait Rights 1. Filming Information Filming Date: October 29, 2024, from 09:00–18:00 Location: IVEX Studio Hyper Hall (17 Yangji-ro, Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi-do) 2. Purpose of Filming To be aired on KBS 2TV “Ssaengsang News” To be featured on the official event website 3. Subjects of Filming The opening ceremony, keynote speeches, and forum activities will be filmed, which may include the appearance, voice, name, and work of participants. 4. Editing of Filmed Content Footage will be edited appropriately for use according to the purpose outlined above. 5. Use of Filmed Content Content may be uploaded to the 2024 Gwangmyeong Carbon Neutral International Forum website, Instagram, or any online/mobile platforms. The filmed content may also be aired on KBS 2TV’s “Lively News” or included in press and promotional materials. 6.Right to Refuse Use of Copyright and Portrait Rights You have the right to refuse the use of your copyright and portrait rights.
